After a period of official launch to assess the stability of the Neon Network and Moraswap’s dApp, we are delighted to announce that all foundational conditions have been ensured. Now, we can move forward!
Officially At 1PM UTC on July 31, 2023, Moraswap will release The native token $MORA along with Farming and Staking.
To ensure your participation in Moraswap goes smoothly, here’s what you need to know:
How we release tokens, Farming & Staking?
- The token will be released through a Fair Launch mechanism. We have not conducted any initial token offering events to the community, so Farming is the only way to acquire $MORA tokens.
- Provide liquidity to the protocol and receive LP tokens, then stake them in “Farming” to start earning $MORA tokens with a high APR.
- The release of $MORA will follow the Emission Schedule (already announced), with the reward amount decreasing gradually over time.

What can you do with $MORA?
$MORA is the native token of Moraswap and can be used for the following purposes:
- Trading: Buy/sell (trade) $MORA to achieve better profits.
- Earn Profits: Provide liquidity for MORA trading pairs like MORA-wSOL to earn more $MORA and receive a share 0.2% of trading fees. Alternatively, stake $MORA to earn aMORA and 0.07% trading fees.
- Discount of trading fee: In the near future, owning $MORA will enable you to reduce trading fees.
- Voting Rights: Use aMORA to vote on project-related matters.
- Utilize for Advanced Services and Revenue Sharing.

Transaction Fees
- Transactions on the Neon EVM are paid in $NEON tokens. Therefore, you will need to prepare some NEON to start participating in the Neon Network.
- $NEON tokens can currently be purchased from CEXes (Centralized Exchanges) such as CoinList, ByBit, Gate, and will soon be available for trading on Moraswap.
